CUPE represents more than 37,000 members delivering vital public services and maintaining critical municipal infrastructure in cities, districts, towns, and villages across B.C. CUPE municipal workers make sure our communities are clean, green, democratic, inclusive, prosperous, and safe for local families and visitors to live, work and play.

From supporting libraries and community centres, parks and recreation areas, roads and sidewalks, garbage collection and recycling, by-law enforcement and permitting, sustainable sewage treatment and quality drinking water, CUPE members deliver the services that help build strong communities in every corner of our province.
