CUPE represents more than 3,000 members working at B.C. publicly funded colleges and institutes. CUPE members work in every facet of our post-secondary education system, delivering quality learning on safe, clean public college campuses.

CUPE members provide cleaning and maintenance services, staff ancillary and student services, offer academic support including instruction and assisting in research, organize recreation services and events, staff libraries, and work in clerical roles. CUPE members also staff student societies and other campus organizations.
