The CUPE BC Workers of Colour Committee is reaching out to CUPE members to hear about their experiences in society, in their communities, and at work with:
- Stereotyping
- Racial Profiling
- Discrimination
- Bullying and Harassment
Members, especially those of equity-seeking groups, are asked to share their stories to help others learn about and understand the impacts of systemic racism. We will record short interviews (audio only) at four times during Convention in the Sooke Room (Lower Level of the Victoria Conference Centre).
