CUPE health science workers reach tentative agreement with employers’ association

BURNABY – The bargaining association representing the various health science unions has reached a tentative agreement with the Health Employers’ Association of BC (HEABC).

CUPE’s bargaining committee is reviewing the agreement before making a recommendation to members affected by the tentative contract.

The Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association is the bargaining agent of unionized health professional workers in BC. Its members will vote on the tentative agreement in December.

CUPE represents 500 health science professionals in BC.
