Still time to vote Yes! CSS Strike Vote continues next week

VANCOUVER – There is still time to vote yes for a fair and reasonable deal for the Community Social Service sector. It’s time to stand up for an agreement that includes better wages and benefits, job security, improved reimbursable expenses and restored sick leave.

There is one more chance to vote in Vancouver on July 5th, at the BC Federation of Labour offices #200 – 5118 Joyce Street. Meetings run at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm, 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm. You do not have to attend the full meeting, just come on down and vote.

For members of Local 1936, your union will be conducting some work site votes. Please check out http://www.1936.cupe.ca/ for more information about local specific elections.
