Call for submissions: CUPE BC Communication Awards

Call for submissions: CUPE BC Communication Awards

BURNABY—Each year at Convention, CUPE BC recognizes excellence in local communications for newsletters, websites and videos. The Communication Awards offer a chance for members to show off their research, writing, design and production skills in these three media categories.

To receive an award for communications excellence at the 49th CUPE BC Convention (April 25-28, 2012), locals are asked to send in their nomination submissions to the B.C. division office. Nine awards will be presented: the best newsletter, best website, and best video by locals with fewer than 100 members, those with 100 to 500 members, and those with 500 or more.

The awards will be presented on the final day of Convention. The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 30, 2012, so get yours in today!
