VANCOUVER- Due to the post Stanley Cup activity in downtown Vancouver last night, the planned Community Social Services Rally has been cancelled. The rally wasslated to take place this morning at 8 am outside the employers’ associationoffices at 555 Burrard Street. The rally will likely be rescheduled. cope491
