Precarious Work Survey ready for Community Social Services employees

Are you a Community Social Services employee affected by precarious work – employment that is insecure, unprotected, lacking in regular work and/or benefits, and that cannot support a family?

CUPE, the Community Social Services Bargaining Association (CSSBA), and the Community Social Services Employers’ Association (CSSEA) are working together to study the extent of precarious work in your sector.

We want to better understand the issues Community Social Services workers face as a result of precarious work, and how work-life balance is affected.

We want to hear from you, please take the “Precarious Work Survey” here.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Individual responses will not be identifiable, and will be kept confidential.

Thank you so much for your participation and contribution to studying this important issue.
