Community Social Service workers issue open letter to Employers

Community Social Services workers from across BC have issued an open letter to their employers asking for a fair and equitable collective agreement. The letter can be seen here: www.cssfairdeal.ca  CUPE members are encouraged to forward the letter as widely as possible.

In addition to the letter, the Community Social Services Bargaining Association has placed an advertisement in today’s Globe and Mail urging employers to negotiate an agreement that appropriately recognizes the important contributions to society that workers in the sector make every day.
