Frank Lee is a general vice president of CUPE BC, representing Metro Vancouver. He was first elected RVP in 2013 and was re-elected in May 2015. Frank has been a proud member of CUPE Local 1004 for more than 30 years. He served 18 years on the Local's Executive Board and was the first Diversity Vice-President on the CUPE BC Executive Board back in 1999 and served in that position for 3 terms. Prior to his first election as RVP in 2013, Frank was a Trustee with CUPE BC for three years.  Frank also chairs the CUPE BC Pension Committee and Persons with Disabilities Working Group.
